  In light of our client's expanding business, a prominent player in the healthcare industry seeks a Senior Manager/Manager for SAP Finance Process Excellence. You will collaborate closely with all APAC business units to analyse, propose, design, and implement FI and CO solutions that are scalable and adaptable to meet the growing analytical demands of the business.
  Job Description

  • Lead finance accounting and controlling processes across the APAC organization.
  • Act as the FICO O2C/R2R Global Process Owner for SAP ERP Implementation Projects.
  • Manage the implementation and upkeep of SAP ERP systems, processes, and master data.
  • Maintain the Group's blueprint of the global SAP FICO template, ensuring data, processes, and controls comply with external and internal reporting requirements.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders to accurately determine business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement, set up/upgrade finance systems, and integrate for greenfield/brownfield projects.
  • Collaborate with IT and business unit resources to understand business requirements and ensure successful report creation.
  • Streamline, standardize, and harmonize finance processes and reports.
  • Manage and execute standardization and harmonization of processes for master data creation and maintenance.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Finance transformation projects, including process improvement and system implementation.
  • Proficiency in interacting with Finance end users to understand and document business and functional requirements.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, organization, and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, written, presentation, and communication skills.
