- Oversee the planning, execution and completion of upgrading, improvement and maintenance projects within the estates
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility, procurement, execution to project close-out.
- Manage contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Plan and manage cyclical R&R works for common areas including Concrete repairs, Repainting, Waterproofing works, Floor resurfacing and retiling works, Replacement/repair of ceiling boards and facade elements
- Manage defects liability period (DLP) and ensure timely rectification.
- Handle residents’ feedback relating to ongoing works; Stakeholder management
- Monitor contractor and consultants’ performance and enforce safety and quality standards.

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
- Min 5 years of experience in estate management, building maintenance or project management.
- Experience in managing R&R works within residential estates is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of local building regulations and procurement procedures.

- Oversee the general upkeep of buildings, with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and security
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for company-managed properties
- Coordinate and supervise contractors on maintenance, repair, and renovation works
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants and business partners
- Address complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the handover and takeover of premises with tenants or buyers
- Actively participate as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (e.g. SIC, ERT, First Aider)
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager
