Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be performing full-range of Legal & regulatory matters in supporting the management of corporate bank. In return, you will enjoy remuneration of up to $ 90,000 per annum.

    Job Description

    • Provide legal support for Corporate Bank Business operating in Singapore which involves legal advice on banking and finance transactions, products and documentations and security documentations.
    • Provide accurate and timely legal advice on broad range of matters to all departments & litigation matters.
    • Actively contribute to the review of corporate documents.
    • Perform drafting, reviewing & negotiation of commercial documents and agreements with global parties
    • Assisting in settling up and implementing legal policies, procedures, guidelines and best practices.

    Job Description

    • Lead and manage the Compliance & Legal function of the bank.
    • Establish and maintain effective processes (including training, advice and support) to ensure that policies, procedures and standards to address compliance risks are effectively implemented and adhered.
    • To provide legal advice and support for group management and line managers on all legal matters across various Business Units and its subsidiaries and affiliates;
    • Prepare and implement annual compliance plan in reference to new regulatory changes, assess regulatory development and its impacts on businesses.

    Job Description

    • Design and implement Talent Development programs and to facilitate and close the skills gaps
    • Identify L&D needs and perform gaps analysis to find out the development requirements across, and work out an annual training plan for the branch to monitor the overall training activities
