    Compensation & Benefits Manager

    Our client is one of the fast growing finance group in Asia, with a strong track record of developing assets and extensive network of well-established connections in Asia. We are looking for highly energetic Compensation and Benefits talent to be part of their team.

    Job Description

    • Reporting directly to the CPO as part of the dynamic team in Singapore
    • Person to go to for all C&B enquiries for SG office
    • Work closely with Corporate Total Rewards to ensure alignment of C&B policy with corporate office, able to justify salary proposal and increment
    • Perform salary grading and proposal based on market surveys from WTW
    • Develop and drive strategies to ensure staff are remunerated competitively against market benchmarks to attract and retain quality staff. This includes conducting salary reviews and benchmarking exercises for different employee groups, as well as various incentive schemes for the different populations.
    • Experience in managing Long Term Incentive for senior management; review Short Term Incentive periodically

    Requirements

    • Degree holder, at least 8-10 years of HR experience with in-depth C&B knowledge in Salary proposal
    • Excellent Excel skill
    • Proficient working knowledge of Workday in Advanced Compensation, Leave and Employee Database is a must have
    • Hands-on payroll and HR operational experience
    • Experience working with Tower Watsons / Mercers on Salary Benchmarking
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, committed to work and meticulous with an eye for detail
    • Able to front senior stakeholders and work collaboratively with corporate folks from different nationalities.

    Job Description

    • Work closely with head of marketing and head of employee benefits on prospecting for new business and constant marketing via Agency Channels
    • Build, maintain and foster strong relationship with agency leaders, agency directors and agents to drive new employee benefits business
    • Send quotations to prospect customers
    • Handle queries from existing customers and assist on the renewal business.
    • Ensure all billings and application submissions are submitted on time

    • From time to time, conduct presentation/ employee communication sessions to clients
    • Account management for direct clients for renewal through fostering a strong relationships with clients for business sustainability
    • Assist in the strategy to develop direct channel and be responsible on the implementation of key sales initiative and campaigns
