    A reputable insurer is looking for a driven Business Development Expert to join them in acquiring business for the Employee Benefits space. A rare opportunity to liaise across the various departments of one of Asia’s most well-known brands, you will be reporting to the head of marketing and head of employee benefits.

    Job Description

    • Work closely with head of marketing and head of employee benefits on prospecting for new business and constant marketing via Agency Channels
    • Build, maintain and foster strong relationship with agency leaders, agency directors and agents to drive new employee benefits business
    • Send quotations to prospect customers
    • Handle queries from existing customers and assist on the renewal business.
    • Ensure all billings and application submissions are submitted on time
    • From time to time, deliver corporate presentations for both internal employees and corporate customers.
    • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned.

    Job Description

    • Identify and prospect potential client for Employee Benefits ("EB") to drive incremental business
    • Handle activities relating to direct account management such as assisting in the preparation of sales material, sales kit, presentation slides, employee handbooks, and client’s report
    • From time to time, conduct presentation/ employee communication sessions to clients
    • Account management for direct clients for renewal through fostering a strong relationships with clients for business sustainability

    Compensation Incentive Specialist, APAC

    This incumbent will manage the Global Compensation Incentive Programs for Asia Pacific. He will manage the compensation incentives framework, analysis, and calculation for the commercial (Sale & Service) employees in Asia Pacific.

    Job Description

    • Support the sales and service organizations within our global commercial businesses using existing and future compensation tools
    • Generate, review and validate commission payroll reports extracted from Compensation Incentive Calculation system
    • Build, maintain and troubleshoot Compensation Incentive reporting systems
    • Train sales teams to understand ICP plans and use the Compensation Incentive Calculation system
    • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Compensation Incentive Calculation system
    • Understand the data elements that comprise a sales compensation plan and convert them into a commission calculation reflected in the compensation system reporting.
    • Support the yearly compensation plan updates in, quotas, rates, new hires, terminations, and new plan implementation.
    • Utilizing the data within the ICP system, analyze alternative sales compensation plans and understand commission expenses.
