    Job Description

    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple Southeast Asia countries, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments.
    • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
    • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to resolve payroll-related issues and maintain data accuracy.
    • Support payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and continuous process improvement initiatives across the region.
    • Serve as the regional payroll subject matter expert, providing guidance on payroll operations and employee queries.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 5–8 years of end-to-end payroll experience, with exposure to regional or multi-country payroll operations.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory requirements across Southeast Asia countries.
    • Experience working with outsourced payroll vendors and managing payroll service delivery.
    • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar).
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll reconciliation, reporting, and data validation.
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
    • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and external vendors.
    • Experience supporting payroll audits, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Able to work independently in a fast-paced regional environment while managing multiple payroll cycles.
