- Managing day-to-day sales, manage relationships with key major clients of the organization
- Drive sales revenue by developing sales strategies and evaluation of pipelines regularly
- Work with internal departments to identify new sales opportunities and provide customized solutions to win businesses
- Set short-term and long-term sales strategies
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends through trade publications and information gathered through relationships
- Maintain knowledge of industrial knowledge and competitor’s insight
- Promote a positive company image through professional appearance and, behaviour, and show respect for customers

- Minimum Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of successful sales background with proven track records in freight forwarding industry.
- Experience managing major accounts, large territories and personnel.
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks.
