- Support the management in managing campus space planning, and overseeing the architectural elements of campus development projects.
- Assess and provide feedback on the designs, specifications, drawings, and material proposals submitted by consultants and contractors
- Performing feasibility studies, reviewing designs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality assurance standards.
- Monitor and verify that design risk assessments, DfS checklists, and risk registers prepared by the designers and DfSP (Design for Safety Professional) are accurately documented and handed over to the maintenance team for future reference.
- Develop and implement Design for Safety (DfS) requirements, focusing on safety considerations and best practices in the architectural design of the campus. Communicate these requirements to consultants and contractors, ensuring they are documented and adhered to during construction.
- Oversee the DfS review process to ensure it is effectively applied throughout all project phases in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (Design for Safety) Regulations.

- At least 7 years of experience in the building/ construction industry as Project Lead
- Minimally a Degree in Architecture or in a relevant field.
- Proficient in the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale development projects, with high interest in campus design and planning.
- Certified Design for Safety Professional is an added advantage.
