  Requirements

  • Proven experience in ethical pharmaceutical sales with sales leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong exposure to Private and Government Hospitals; experience with GP Clinics and Pharmacy channels is advantageous.
  • Preferred experience within Cardiovascular, Cardio Metabolic, Venous Diseases, Internal Medicine, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, business growth, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel across East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah & Brunei).
