  Job Description

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and support leaders in navigating business transformation and evolving organizational needs.
  • Coach and influence leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and people management capabilities.
  • Facilitate leadership development and capability-building initiatives, including workshops and training programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance on performance management, employee relations, compensation discussions, and other HR-related matters.
  • Analyse workforce trends and business needs to proactively identify people risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services to ensure successful execution of HR initiatives.
  • Champion the company's culture and employee engagement initiatives across the business.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 8-12 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with strong exposure to strategic HR partnering.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial priorities and translate them into people strategies.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders across different levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change, leadership coaching, and culture transformation.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Experience supporting large and complex organizations is highly preferred.
