- Responsible for overseeing technical support and management of Office 365, including Exchange Online & OnPrem and Mailbox Archiving, ensuring adherence to SLAs & KPIs.
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolution for Exchange Online & OnPrem, O365, and mailbox archiving issues, serving as the primary contact for incidents, problems, and changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address complex issues and implement innovative solutions.
- Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and recommend tools for proactive IT management.
- Support and execute projects related to Exchange Online & OnPrem and Office 365.
- Utilize knowledge of company environment to deliver business-centric solutions.
- Work with Product Manager to enhance O365, Exchange Online, and Mailbox Archiving processes.
- Maintain operational documentation and user knowledge base.
- Engage in operational ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Availability Management.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• > 4 years experience on end user support functions (Exchange Online and O365 platform)
