- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CS index) targets.
- Monitor daily performance of team leaders and executives to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and address any deviations promptly.
- Promptly resolve issues to minimize aging transactions and customer disputes, fostering smooth transaction processing.
- Proactively liaise with key users to facilitate seamless transaction processing and maintain service quality.
- Identify performance gaps, provide effective coaching and training, develop initiatives aligned with company goals, and lead change management efforts.

- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience working within a shared service center (SSC) environment, with a strong understanding of shared service operations and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing order management operations across multiple countries or regions, including familiarity with international regulations, logistics, and cultural considerations.
- Experience in leading and managing large teams, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced operational environment, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, and team development.
