- International Coverage: Support customers in over 10 countries.
- DG Container Management: Handle export of Dangerous Goods (DG) containers.
- Customer Inquiry Response: Quickly respond to inquiries about lead times, shipping, and product availability.
- Order Coordination: Review purchase orders, work with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and follow up on payments.
