  Requirements

  Responsibilities

  • Call on Consultant Engineers, Architects, Government Departments and Client bodies to allow products to be specified.
  • Liaise closely with the sales team when calling on prospective customers at the pre tender stages in order that a product submission can be made.
  • Introduce new products to major Contractors, Consultant Engineers, Architects and Client bodies
  • Produce and deliver technical presentations.
  • Produce and deliver product training presentations to staff or clients.
  • Participate in the monthly sales meetings in support of the BPM processes.
  • Compilation of reports and forecasts as required. Including project pipelines and Sales Action Plans.
  • Develop and implement specification plan that is aligned with the Group Strategic Goals specifically in terms of growth and market share. To feed into the 5 year rolling Business Plan.
  • Awareness of competitors activities and identify relevant threats and opportunities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior, Regional Head of Commercial, or Vice President

  Skills required

  • 3 years working experience as a Specification/Sales Manager in the Building and Construction industry.
  • 5 years' experience managing and promoting high specification industrial products.
