    Job Description

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets in Southeast Asia.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the region.
    • Drive brand positioning and messaging tailored to the diverse cultural and linguistic nuances of SEA markets.
    • Lead the development of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital content to support sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Manage advertising campaigns, trade shows, and events to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and programs to drive demand generation and lead conversion.

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Southeast Asia, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
    • Ability to travel within Southeast Asia region as needed.
