- Manage and formulate architecture strategy, standards, policies, and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with IT policies for application development and maintenance.
- Prepare and present reports on Application Management.
- Oversee IT audit and compliance.
- Work with the IT Governance team to align ISO27001 with application practices.
- Ensure application team members adhere to IT Policy and Standard Operating Procedure.
- Collaborate with other Applications teams' principals/leads for annual and mid-year work plan and budgeting exercises.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years in IT with years of experience in software development and end-to-end project delivery.
- Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiar with ISO27001 standards

- Knowledge of system architecture, scalability, and security considerations.
- Experience in establishing coding standards and process improvement within a team.

- Drive the IT project lifecycle, including project budgeting, resource planning, documentations, etc
- Responsible for the end to end software development projects including plan, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, etc
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver the product in an Agile approach.
- Prepare relevant procurement documents such as Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and /or Requests for Proposals (RFP), ensuring alignment with and achievement of business objectives.

- Be the overall driver for the development, planning, managing and tracking of IT projects’ activities.
- Handle project related matters and ensure it complies with the company’s internal policies and guidelines.
- Develop realistic work estimates, financial budgets and timelines. Monitor performance to ensure that financials and staffing for the project are on schedule.
- To ensure timely and cost effective IT solution development and delivery through prudent project and technical management in software development life cycle.
- Plan and manage different parts of the design and build process, and bring the dependencies of the total solution together
- Responsible for ensuring plans prepared by each of the teams are accurate and that the dependencies between all the related teams are thought.
